    Sleep apnea

Although the exact cause isn’t known, the brain chemical called hypocretin is found in much lower levels in those with narcolepsy. There are also many other contributing factors to the condition like genetics, stress or environmental concerns that are believed to play part in it. When subjected to this disorder, individuals can enter into REM sleep suddenly without first experiencing NREM sleep, which is typically the start line of sleep. This condition can affect someone physically, psychologically and socially.
     
    Insomnia
     
    Sleep wishes alter from individual to individual, but everybody wishes some amount of sleep. When an individual has difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, it may be insomnia. It can be caused by a spread of different reasons ; a medical problem, certain drugs, stress, depression, alcohol consumption or too much caffeine. Sleeplessness can result from extended periods of bad sleeping routines and also from simple ageing.
     
    Everyone knows how vital restive sleep is to the health ; nevertheless knowing it and achieving it can be fully different matters.
